Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the jili bdt platform, including all casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, promotional offers, account management features, and customer support services. They apply to all users of the platform, regardless of the device, connection method, or geographic location from which access is made.

By completing the account registration process on jili bdt, you enter into a binding contractual agreement with the platform on the basis of these Terms. This agreement comes into effect at the moment your account registration is confirmed. Continued use of the jili bdt platform at any point after that confirmation — including browsing the game lobby, placing bets, making deposits, or contacting support — constitutes ongoing acceptance of the Terms as they stand at that time.

If any version of these Terms is updated after your registration, jili bdt will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account. It is your responsibility to ensure that the contact information held on your account is current and accurate so that you receive such notifications in a timely manner.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the jili bdt platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. jili bdt is an adults-only platform. Underage gambling is illegal and will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling self-exclusion register that applies to your jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jili bdt, nor an immediate family member of any such person, for the purposes of wagering on the platform.
• You have not previously had a jili bdt account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not accessing the platform for any fraudulent, collusive, or money-laundering purpose.

jili bdt reserves the right to request proof of age and identity from any player at any time, without prior notice. Accounts where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed will be suspended pending verification, and all pending withdrawals will be placed on hold. Accounts confirmed to belong to individuals under the age of 18 will be permanently closed and any deposits will be returned — less any amounts wagered — in accordance with applicable policies.

Section 3

Account Registration

To access real-money games, sports betting markets, and promotional offers on jili bdt, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details. You must not provide false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of the registration process.

Account Rules

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active account on the jili bdt platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, or different devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. jili bdt support agents will never ask for your full password. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility.
• Non-transferable accounts: Accounts on jili bdt are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or allow any other person to access or operate your account.
• KYC verification: jili bdt operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity documents (such as a national ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in withdrawal suspension.
• Accurate information: If any of your registered details change (including your email address or residential address), you must update your account information promptly. jili bdt accepts no liability for failed communications resulting from outdated account information.

jili bdt reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for that decision. Registration does not guarantee ongoing access to the platform, and jili bdt may request additional verification at any point during a player's account lifetime.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jili bdt platform — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits — are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jili bdt supports a range of payment methods that are widely used by players across Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount on jili bdt is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier.
• Deposits are credited to your jili bdt account balance in real time or within minutes, depending on the payment method used.
• jili bdt does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside jili bdt's control.
• You may only deposit funds using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• jili bdt reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit it reasonably suspects to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the same business day. Processing times may vary depending on your payment method and any pending KYC verification requirements.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are set by account tier and will be communicated to you in your account settings.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and matching the details held on your jili bdt account. jili bdt does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Any bonus funds credited to your account must meet the applicable wagering requirements in full before they become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw unconverted bonus funds may result in forfeiture of those funds.
• jili bdt reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. This may include requesting documentation to verify the source of funds or the identity of the account holder.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

jili bdt offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions timed to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and major cricket tournaments including the BPL and IPL. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published in full alongside the relevant offer.

• Bonuses are credited to a player's promotional balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the offer terms.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered within 30 days of being credited to the account. Bonuses not wagered within the applicable validity window will expire and be removed from the account balance without compensation.
• Where a bonus requires a minimum qualifying deposit, that deposit must be made in a single transaction using an eligible payment method. Multiple smaller deposits do not satisfy a single-deposit qualifying condition.
• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment purposes only. Any use of bonuses in connection with arbitrage betting, matched betting, bonus abuse schemes, or any systematic strategy designed to exploit promotional mechanics is strictly prohibited.
• jili bdt reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend the applicable wagering requirements, or cancel a player's bonus balance if it determines — in its reasonable judgement — that the bonus has been claimed in bad faith or in violation of these Terms.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Players found to have claimed the welcome bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts will have all associated accounts and balances closed.

Section 6

Gameplay & Fair Use

All casino games available on the jili bdt platform are supplied by independent third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, and NetEnt, among others. These studios are responsible for the technical operation of their games, including the certification and auditing of their random number generators (RNG) and the accuracy of published return-to-player (RTP) percentages.

• jili bdt does not alter, override, or manipulate game outcomes. All results are determined by the game studio's certified RNG systems, which operate independently of the jili bdt platform.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a real-money round, jili bdt's technical team will investigate the incident. Where a malfunction can be verified, the affected round may be voided and the wagered amount refunded to the player's account balance. Winnings generated during a verified malfunction will not be paid.
• Published RTP percentages represent theoretical long-term averages across a large number of game rounds and are not guarantees of individual session outcomes. No strategy guarantees winnings on any game on the jili bdt platform.
• For sports betting markets, jili bdt reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a clear pricing error has occurred, or where the integrity of the event in question is in reasonable doubt. Void bets are refunded at the stake price.
• Live betting markets (in-play) may be suspended at any time at jili bdt's discretion if conditions warrant it (e.g., technical issues, event delays, or data feed interruptions). Bets accepted prior to a suspension stand; bets placed during a suspension are voided.

Players are encouraged to review the game rules and paytables available within each game's information panel before placing real-money bets. Ignorance of specific game rules is not grounds for a refund request.

Section 7

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jili bdt platform. Any player found to have engaged in any of the conduct listed below will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all pending withdrawals frozen pending investigation, and any balances forfeited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

• Registering more than one account on the jili bdt platform, whether under the same identity or under a false identity.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point, including during KYC verification.
• Using the platform to launder money or facilitate any other financial crime.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to interact with or extract data from the jili bdt platform without explicit written authorisation.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or pricing mistake on the platform to generate profits. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a platform error are not valid and will be reversed.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any multiplayer game or tournament hosted on jili bdt.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you, or facilitating deposits or withdrawals on behalf of another person through your account.
• Engaging in any activity that jili bdt reasonably determines constitutes abuse of the platform's promotional system, including matched betting, bonus arbitrage, or systematic hedging using bonuses.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jili bdt support staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the jili bdt platform's backend systems, APIs, or data infrastructure.

Section 8

Account Closure & Suspension

Either you or jili bdt may initiate the closure of a registered account, subject to the conditions set out below.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your jili bdt account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, jili bdt will process any verified withdrawal of your remaining real-money balance (excluding unconverted bonus funds) and close the account within a reasonable timeframe. Platform-Initiated Suspension or Closure

jili bdt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Confirmed age verification failure (player is under 18).
• Discovery of a duplicate account held by the same individual.
• Sustained abusive conduct directed at support staff or other platform users.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account closure.

Where an account is closed by jili bdt for reasons other than confirmed fraud or Terms breach, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be refunded to the player using the payment method on file. Where closure follows a confirmed fraud or serious Terms breach finding, balances may be withheld pending investigation and legal review.

Section 9

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jili bdt's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player to their account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

• jili bdt is not liable for any loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• jili bdt is not liable for any failure or interruption of service resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party payment processor failures, force majeure events, or data centre incidents.
• jili bdt is not liable for any decisions made by a player in reliance on information published on the platform, including game RTP figures, sports betting statistics, or promotional material.
• jili bdt is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of a player sharing their account credentials with a third party, or as a result of unauthorised access to a player's account where the player has failed to maintain adequate password security.
• Nothing in these Terms limits jili bdt's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Gambling involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose the money you deposit and wager on the jili bdt platform. jili bdt is not responsible for any financial losses arising from gambling activity on the platform, provided those losses resulted from fair and certified game outcomes.

Section 10

Amendments & Updates

jili bdt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made to the Terms, jili bdt will publish the updated version on this page with a revised effective date, and will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address held on their account.

Your continued use of the jili bdt platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not accept any amendment to the Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact [email protected] to request voluntary account closure.

Non-material changes — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to contact details — may be made without specific notification to players. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain informed of any updates.
